Return & Refund Policy
Please refer to the product page for details of the duration of the warranty on a particular product. If that information is not outlined please contact us for that information.
Incorrect Product / Faulty Product
If an incorrect / faulty/ damaged product is shipped to you please contact us and proceed to complete the Product Return Form within 7 days of receipt. A Return Material (RM) number will be raised and issued to you. We will arrange for the return of the product and sending of the correct item to you. If in the unlikely event we do not have a replacement product available, we shall extend a full refund.
All products must be packed in the original packaging and include any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product. For Damaged Goods products a freight charge refund is offered to customers, equal to the amount paid at the time of ordering. Replacement of damaged products will be at our expense. All returned goods will be checked by our warehouse and logistics team prior to replacement.
If you wish to return a product you may do so by contacting our customer service team and completing the Product Return Form within 7 days of receipt of the product. A Return Material Authorization (RM) number will be raised and issued to you.
Special Order Items or customized products may not be returned for refund or exchanged under any circumstances unless such product is Dead on Arrival.
